WMS: How to put in Draining mode

Create the following file in $GLITE_LOCATION_VAR (usually /var/glite):

cat > /var/glite/.drain
<file>
<gacl>
  <entry>
    <any-user/>
    <deny><exec/></deny>
  </entry>
</gacl>
</file>

[Ctrl-C]

To reopen the WMS simply remove or rename that file.
